Downloading Documents While Signing

Click now allows signers to download documents at any point during the signing process — not just after signing is complete.

Where to Find It

While in the signing stage:

  1. Look for the menu icon in the top right corner.

  2. Click it to open the menu.

  3. Click Download documents to save a copy.

Download documents sits at the top of the menu, on every page of the signing flow.

This will download the documents with the signature status as of that moment — so if only some fields have been signed so far, the download will reflect exactly where things stand at the time of download.

With one document you get a PDF; with several, a .zip file with one PDF per document. On an iPhone, a single PDF opens in a new Safari tab: tap Share to save it to Files or send it by Mail. A .zip goes to the Files app, usually in Downloads.
