Your Dashboard at a Glance

Dashboard summary cards showing counts per stage, volume and commission

Your pipeline at a glance: how many transactions sit in each stage, and what they add up to.

Every time you log in, you’ll land on your dashboard — this is your transaction home screen and command center for everything happening across your business.

Starting a New Transaction

The New Transaction button in the top right

New Transaction sits in the top right of the dashboard.

In the top right corner, you’ll find the New Transaction button. This is where you’ll begin every new transaction for your buyers and sellers, so it’s the most important button on the page.

Collapsing the Sidebar

The collapse arrow appearing on the right edge of the sidebar

Hover over the edge of the sidebar and a round arrow appears. Click it to collapse the menu.

Want more screen space? Hover over the right edge of the sidebar and a small arrow appears — click it to collapse the menu. This gives you a wider view of your transaction home screen.

Understanding Transaction Stages

Transactions grouped into stage columns

Transactions grouped by stage, each card showing its side and the people on it.

After you have transactions in progress, you’ll see you can organize them by stage across the top of your dashboard:

  • Upcoming

  • Active

  • Under contract

  • Pending

  • Closed

Below each stage, you’ll see color-coded columns with a preview of all the terms and details for that transaction.

You’ll also find dedicated views for Closed and Cancelled transactions: the first four stages appear as columns under the Current tab, and Closed and Cancelled each have a tab of their own beside it.

Searching and Filtering Transactions

The search field, side filter, date window and view switch

Search by name or address, narrow by side, and change the date window the board is showing.

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific transaction.

You can filter transactions by:

  • Buy Side or Listing

  • Stage (Upcoming, Active, Under Contract, Pending, Closed)

  • Date — last 7 days, all time, or a custom range

  • Updated date or Closing date

Tip: One of the most useful views here is your volume and commission breakdown — a great way to see your pipeline alongside what’s already closed.
