Utilizing the Other Document Envelope
One of the most effective ways to streamline the completion of the well disclosure form is by using the Other Document envelope. This envelope comes with all required fillable fields for sellers already pre-placed, so there is no need to manually add text boxes or checkboxes. Hereâs how you can use it:
Select the Other Document Envelope: Navigate to your Click Contracts dashboard, open the correct transaction, click New Envelope, choose this specific envelope.
Configure People and Integration: Fill out the necessary details about the people involved and the integration settings (if it is not already filled in for you).
Choose the Well Disclosure Document: Click Create and use the search box, or scroll through the list of available documents, and select the well disclosure form.
Automated Field Placement: Once selected, the system will automatically include the required fillable fields for the seller to complete, ensuring a hassle-free setup.
If you cannot find the well questions
On an offer, the well questions are hidden until you say the property has one. In Property Details there is a single gate:
Answer Yes to the gate and the follow-up questions appear underneath it.
Do ANY of the following apply: SUBSURFACE SEWAGE on property, WELL on the property, METHAMPHETAMINE produced on property? Answering Yes opens all of them at once â the sewage question, Is there a well on the property or does the property have access to a well?, the methamphetamine question, and the location map.
If the well question is not on your screen, that gate is almost certainly still on No or unanswered.
A well disclosure usually needs a location map. Click can draw one, with a well icon you drag onto a satellite view of the property â see Location Map.

If Seller 1 is unable to complete the fillable fields despite using the correct envelope:
